In a few words

Competitive companies must be highly efficient in order to survive in today's demanding markets. However, they must also demonstrate high levels of creativity in order to keep up with the increasingly rapid market changes and technological developments and thus to ensure their future. This balancing act between efficiency and creativity is referred to as ambidexterity. Not only companies, but increasingly also employees, managers and decision-makers are required to be ambidextrious.
 
My research deals with the question as to what this increasing demand for ambidexterity means for us as individuals. I would be pleased if you would support my study by participating in this survey.
